Filterveyor
  1. Size
    1. Filterveyor system to be sized per the requirements of the machine
    2. Dimensional characteristics of machine, coolant flow rates, material being machined, nature of chips, chip volume, etc. will determine sizing of Filterveyor
  2. Typical applications
    1. Machining material can be aluminum, steel, brass, etc.
    2. Where machine produces a variety of chip types from long stringers, tight bushy balls of stringy chips, loose balls of stringy chips and curls, fine granular chips and fine dust or sludge. Filterveyor is unique in that it will separate all of these chip types from the coolant.
    3. Where large volumes of coolant are present in the machining application
    4. Where high pressure coolant is employed for through the tool or through the spindle coolant.

  3. Advantages
    1. Less maintenance time cleaning machine sump
    2. Longer tool life
