Slat Conveyors

Jorgensen Conveyors, Inc. has designed and manufactured slat conveyors in many configurations,
light, medium and heavy duty applications for customers in many industries.  Especially parts handling and Robotics.

Applications:

• Slat conveyors can be used in severe applications such as handling hot, oily, or abrasive
  material where rubber or canvas belt conveyors are impractical. Slat conveyors can be made
  of wood, formed steel or structural steel slats.
  
  
• The type of slat is determined by size, weight, and properties of the product being conveyed.
  
  
• Slat conveyors are extremely versatile in handling a multitude of products, from raw materials,
  through manufacturing process, to finished products.
  
  
• Conveyors have slats attached to double-strand steel sidebar bushed roller chains and are
  available in all practical widths, lengths and heights.
