Product Information
- All hinged steel belt conveyors are custom fabricated to customer’s requirements to insure proper fit. Belt Width: As required. Frame: Special No. 5 gauge steel.
- Exclusive Jorgensen radial design side wings feature of special 1/4″ thick Exten steel welded to form a continuous overlapping side with close tolerances arranged for thru axle to pass through to form an integral apron
- Apron Plates: Special 5 gauge steel with integral formed hinge loop for thru spanner tube formed with precision dies with hinge loops accurately straightened by special sizing equipment.
- Can be furnished plain, perforated or pimpled.
- Side Wings: Exclusive Jorgensen radial design feature of special 1/4″ thick Exten Steel welded to form a continuous overlapping side with close tolerances arranged for thru axel to pass through to form an integral apron. Flush surface on the inside.
- For complete design flexibility you get a choice of conveyor type with any reasonable length legs and angles, belt design and width, and drive systems with optional safety equipment.
