An Air Knife primary conveyor belt cleaner or pre-cleaner is an essential part of many conveyor systems. The conveyor Air Knife delivers a uniform sheet of air that blows chips and dirt off the conveyor belt. Adding an air knife prevents various conveyor maintenance problems caused by chip carry back. They remove chip and scrap material carry back to prevent it from falling off at various points along the return side of the belt. This conveyor cleaner can also be used to effectively remove excess water or coolant from parts.
